Our Giveaway Feature ("Feature") is designed to thank our community of users by organizing recurrent giveaways. These giveaways may include items purchased by us or provided by our partners. Participation in these giveaways is subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Feature, users must have an active account, either free or premium. Having a premium account does not increase the chances of winning.
Participants must agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other rules or policies related to the Feature.

Participation

Eligible participants can enter the giveaway through the means specified in the giveaway announcement. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
Each participant is allowed a single entry per giveaway unless otherwise specified.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected through an automated draw conducted by our algorithm, which will generate a list of three winners ranked as first, second, and third ("Winners").
The first-place Winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their account. If the first-place Winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the second-place Winner will be contacted, followed by the third-place Winner if necessary.
Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

Prizes

The specific prizes for each giveaway will be announced at the start of the giveaway.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except at our sole discretion.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Feature if any problem prevents the Feature from being conducted as planned.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless the app, its owners, partners, and affiliates from any claim arising out of participation in the Feature or receipt or use of any prize.
This Feature is void where prohibited by law.
