▸ Vertical recoil penalty reduced: 45% → 40%
▸ Horizontal recoil penalty reduced: 20% → 15%
Marksman Foregrip:

▸ Gun kick reduction while focused: 20% → 25%
Heavy Stock:
▸ Flinch reduction: 50% → 55%
